PlayOn is a new and innovative way to play and buy casual games. Play any game you want for as long as you want, and pay only for the
actual time you have played. Your maximum charge per game is limited by the list price of that game, so you will NEVER pay more than
the original game price. It’s like buying the game one piece at a time, with the ability to stop whenever you don’t want to play that
game anymore. Finally, there is a risk-free offer that allows you to access all the games that you like for as much as you
want.

3.3. Why is my credit card not being accepted?
Your credit card may not be accepted if the card's security code is not verified and/or if you address is not verified. This may be due
to not entering a security code and/or address, or incorrectly entering the security code and/or address. There are several reasons why
a credit card use can fail. The name and address you enter and card info must exactly match the information on the credit card
statement. Also the CVV2 number on the back of the card must be correct. These are security features to make sure your account is safe.
If you're not sure which numbers to use for the CVV2 code, click on the "?" next to the input box to bring up a diagram of exactly
which numbers to use.

4.6. Can I play Games behind a firewall?
Yes, you can. Except for certain features that might require network connection, all of our games can work without connecting to the
Internet. When you need to update your account, buy, refill or register, you will need to be online, but these actions are all done
through standard ports. If the game tries to contact the Internet, this is probably because it tries to update the status of the
account on your computer, or because it tries to access information that is available for it online (like global high score tables) –
we recommend that you allow such communication to go through your Firewall. If you are unsure about this, please contact your network
administrator.

4.7. What are the hardware and software requirements to play the games?
Each game has its own hardware and software requirements, which you can find in the game page. We have a wide selection of games that
could fit older machines, but the newer games would typically require better hardware. We suggest you review the various hardware
requirements on the game pages, to have a better understanding of what your computer will be able to run.
